New Account wizard; Revolving Credit Account Type "Allow entry of Minimum Payment 'Hold To' date?" not working

The Revolving Credit Account Type setting "Allow entry of Minimum Payment 'Hold To' date?" , under the New Accounts page was not working.

The New Account wizard never included options to set the "Hold To" period and date for Minimum Payments.
