New Account wizard; when Term Entry method is "Number of Payments" and overriding the Regular Payment an "Invalid term" error message may occur upon calculation

When entering "Number of Payments" in the New Account wizard and overriding the Regular Payment you may receive an "Invalid term" error message upon clicking "Calculate".

This error message occurs if the regular payment value entered is too low, and has been changed to "Payment value too small.".
