Code Ranges; right click paste for Account codes is not enclosing code in single quotes if it contains special characters

In a code range, if a code includes a single quote, comma, dash, asterisk or question mark then it should be enclosed in single quotes, and any single quotes should be doubled up.

However, the code is not quoted if pasting from a right click popup menu.

To recreate:

1. Open the Account form and load an Account in which the code includes a single quote.
2. Open the Account List Report parameter form.
3. Right click the Accounts range field.
4. A popup menu appears and includes the Account selected in step 1.
5. Click the Account.

The Account code pasted back into the Accounts range field is not enclosed in quotes and therefore acts as a range and not the actual code.
