Form Print; codes passed to Report parameters may not be valid

When clicking Print from the Action List of a form the code passed to the Report parameters screen may not be valid.

If the code includes a single quote, comma, dash, asterisk or question mark then it should be enclosed in single quotes, and any single quotes should be doubled up.
