Account Transactions; new option to show Compact View and other enhancements

There have been several enhancements to Account Transactions.

1. On the Account form, Transactions page there is now an option to show as a Compact View, similar to Logs. When checked Transactions are limited to one line.

2. Account Transaction drilldown form, Transaction grid now shows Notes and User Notes over several lines rather than truncating.

3. All grids now show ".." (ellipses) when the text is multi-line and is truncated.
