Web Service; error message for 401 Unauthorised has been enhanced

The error message returned for web requests when a 401 Unauthorised error occurs has been enhanced. This typically means the User or Password is incorrect and you have been denied authorisation to the web service.

The message now includes the following (previously only the last line was included):

Unauthorised Access. Possible causes of this error are:

1. User or password details are incorrect.

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
