When registering the Security Statement with the PPSR NZ, the debtors details may have been repeated if a Client has multiple links to the Security Statement.

E.g.; A Client is linked to more than one Account that is attached to the Security Statement, or a Client is Linked directly to the Security Statement and also linked to an Account on the Security Statement.
