Account Payment Reverse wizard; Direct Debit reschedule date now validates on/ after today and, if applicable, banking days

If an Account is paid by Direct Debit you can reschedule the direct debit payment in the Account Payment Reverse wizard.

finPOWER Connect now validates that the reschedule date:

1. Is not prior to today.

2. If the Entity's "Allow Direct Debit processing on any date?" is unchecked that the date does not fall on a non-banking day.
