Auditing; a change has been made to use Key/Value lists rather than straight text where applicable

Auditing records, including logs, now use Key/Value lists rather than straight text where appropriate.

Auditing changes include Client, Account, External Party and Security Statement User Defined fields, as well as other auditing in Account Type and Security Statement and Items.
