Arrangement Code; existing Arrangement does not use Pre-Need code sequence if applicable

If an Arrangement's status is changed to "Pre Need" and the Arrangement code is cleared, the Arrangement code is assigned the next Arrangement code when saved, regardless of the Tools, Options, Pre Need "Use as Arrangement code?" setting.

To recreate:

1. Under Tools, Options, Pre Need make certain "Use as Arrangement code?" is checked.
2. Create a new Arrangement with a status of "At Need".
3. Edit Arrangement, clear code and set status to "Pre Need".
4. Save changes.

The Arrangement should be given the next Pre-Need code, but instead it is given the next Arrangement code.
