NSW EDI B2B Validation; disallow negative quantity for Death Certificate copies
The NSW EDI B2B script, "AU_NSW EDI.script.txt", validation has been changed to disallow negative quantities for Death Certificate copies.
Note, the script version has been updated to 1.30 (27 April 2011).
