Clients form; Key Details page; Hyperlink to send SMS message is not working

The hyperlink to send an SMS message on the Clients form, Key Details page, Mobile phone number link does nothing.

This occurs if the SMS service is not configured under either Global Settings, Messaging, SMS or User Preferences, Messaging, SMS.

This have been changed to exclude the 'Send SMS' option if it is not available and also to display any error messages that occur as the result of following an application shortcut (e.g., to show the SMS Message form) failing.

Also, when clicking the 'Other Contacts' link when the Client Key Details are being viewed from the Accounts form, Clients page, nothing happened. This now opens the Clients form, Contact page.
