Parameter sets; duplicating a Parameter and previewing straight away causes an unhandled error

If you duplicate a Parameter within a Parameter Set and then click on the 'Preview' tab, an unhandled exception may occur.

This is due to more than one Parameter having the same name.

This process has now been updated so that when Parameters are created, if duplicate names exist, the second Parameter is not created but a trace warning is raised.
