Accounts; Payments, Payment Arrangements (View Current). When you click on the hyperlink and then try to expand or collapse a block in the summary form the details are lost

When you view the Current Payment Arrangement details from the hyperlink on the Accounts form, Payments page, Payment Arrangements block a new forms is opened showing details of the Payment Arrangement.

Clicking on the Expand/ Collapse icon in the Overriding Payments block header navigated to a blank HTML page resulting in the message 'The webpage cannot be displayed' being displayed.
