Copying an Access database to SQL Server fails when attempting to create relationships for Access system tables

When an Access database is opened in either Access 2007 or 2010, extra system tables and relationships are created behind the scenes.

If you then attempt to copy one of these databases to SQL Server, it will fail when attempting to create relationships.

The business layer code that retrieves schema information about Access database now ignores system relationships.
