Account Scripts; updated Status Change Rule scripts for Accounts

Various changes have been made to scripts for Accounts.

StatusChangeRulesPre script now passes in the Old and New Account status in ContextData1 and ContextData2 respectively.

If an Account is first saved as a Quote, rather than immediately to Open, it now fires the StatusChangePre, StatusChangeRulesPre and StatusChangePost events. Previously only the StatusChangeRulesPre script runs. The "SavePre" and "SavePost" scripts still run as before.

In the Business Layer, the Account.Save function will refresh the Account information when a Quote is automatically opened or when it is first saved as a Quote. This is because the StatusChangePost and StatusChange scripts may change the Account.
