Motorweb; various issues fixed

Motorweb VIR alerts, cautions and information messages were not showing, including the VIR age warning. This is irrespective of the User or Global settings.

Initial VIR did not separate Model from Sub-Model. Subsequent downloads of the VIR did. This results in warnings that information needs amending.

Service Log "Request" field now records the full request details. Previously only the Plate Number (eg) was saved, now the full request URL is saved, eg "RobotVirHtml/2.0?reference=0000000".
