Global Settings; Next record Ids are only saved back to the database if they have changed

Next record Ids defined under Global Settings are now only saved back to the database if they have changed.

Previously, they were saved back to the database regardless.

This would not generally cause an issue since when generating a Next Record Id, finPOWER Connect will attempt to auto-sequence the code defined under Global Settings if a record with that code already exists.
