Account Key details and Status pages; additional Credit Limit detail is shown in the Summary block

On the Account Key details and Status pages an additional line in the Summary block now shows Credit Limit details. This helps highlight when the Credit Limit is exceeded.

If the Account uses Credit Limits, Credit Limit 1 is included as a new line under Balance, with either "Credit Limit exceeded" or "Available Credit $n.nn" in small text to the right.
