Payment Arrangement wizard; Add Promise now uses "hint" to create promises

Previously in the Payment Arrangement wizard, when using the Add Promise facility, values had to be entered in the Total, Frequency and First Date fields, even though hints were given. Therefore, you would have to right click and select Paste Hint from the popup menu or manually type in values.

These hints are now used when adding a Promise.
