Securities Register Add-On; Security Stmt Log and Security Stmt Item Log forms.

When clicking Save the log form was sometimes closing without saving the new log record. This would happen with the following scenario:

1. Open a new log form.
2. There was no default Subject defined in the log's information list so no subject is defaulted.
3. Click Save.
4. Instead of the form staying open and focusing on the Subject field, the form closed.
