Logs; New permission key to stop user from updating log entries in user interface

There are new permission keys to stop Users updating log entries in the user interface, eg "LoanLogUpdateAnyUI". The existing permission key "LoanLogUpdateAny" stops both the User Interface and the Business Layer.

This could be used to stop users from updating log entries via the user interface, whilst still allowing them to run update code via VBA or scripts. This will be useful when wanting to update letter logs with sundry information when the letter is published.

The new permission keys are:

ClientLogUpdateAnyUI
LoanLogUpdateAnyUI
DepositLogUpdateAnyUI
SecurityStatementLogUpdateAnyUI

Note, this applies to Loan and Deposit Letters as well.
