Rate Tables; not saving information when drilling down to item

Admin, Rate Tables were not saving information in the Rates grid when drilling down to the item using the button in the grid.

Note, this works fine if using the "Add Row" button below the grid, or simply typing in information on the grid.

In addition, rather than removing rows where the start date is blank when saving, finPOWER Connect now warns the user and allows the row to be amended or deleted.
