Loan Trial Balance Report; added option to include "Settlement" column

There is a new option for the Loan Trial Balance Report to include a "Settlement" column.

This column prints the same value as the Loan Status Report, ie the Settlement figure required on the date as at. Note, this means accrued Interest etc are only to the previous day.
