Account Schedule; may show lines with no values

The Account Schedule for an existing Account may show lines with no values.

If one the Overdue, Balance Overdue, Contractual Overdue or Balance Contractual Overdue columns are shown then any Payment Due transaction is included. This might include lines with no value or overdue value but a Direct Debit value, and these should only show when the Direct Debit value column is shown.
