NZ Death Notification Online; Age at death incorrect when age at death less than one year

The NZ EDI export document VBA has been updated to work better where the Age at Death is less than one year.

Where the Age at Death is less than one year the Age can be specified as the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks or months. However, the field containing Age at Death, DF21, only supports the number of years or "NR" if unknown.

When specifying the Age at Death in other than years or "NR" the "Age at Death" field, DF21, must be specified as "n?", where n is the number of whatever unit is used. The Comment field, DF62, should then include the full description of the Date of Death.

For example, "4 Days" should be specified as "4?" in DF21 and in DF62, Comments, "DF21:Age at Death is 4 Days".

Note, the Word VBA document changed is "NZ EDI Export.dot", and it's new version identifier is "1.11".
