EDI Status List Report (and others); entering a Branch range fails

When printing the reports noted below and selecting a range of Branches, under the Selection tab, the report fails with the following message:

Error number 5000
"No Value given for one or more required parameters"

This occurs in the following reports:

EDI Status List
Arrangements with no Invoices List
Yahrzeit List
