Arrangement Detail Report; entering an invalid page when "Show Pages" causes an error

When printing the Arrangement Detail Report if you check "Show Pages" and enter an invalid page, ie one that does not exist, the Report will crash fdPOWER.

The error message is (when using a Microsoft Access database):

Runtime error 3021 "Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.".
