Security Statements; you can now cut, copy and paste items

The Security Items grid on the Security Statements form now allows you to cut, copy and paste Security Items.

Items can be copied and pasted to the same Security Statement or a different Security Statement.

When a Security Item is pasted from the clipboard, certain properties such as registration details (Australian databases) are cleared.
