Accounting Ledger List Report; New column "Status", ability to filter by Held and Cancelled Statuses

The Accounting Ledger List Report has been enhanced as follows:

1. New column "Status", displays the Accounting Ledger Status.
2. Ability to filter by Held and Cancelled Statuses. Note, Cancelled includes both Cancel and Cancelled statuses.
