File, New Database; forces currently open database to close

When creating a new database via the File, New Database menu, the currently open database is first closed.

An open Access database can be copied over, and potentially this corrupts the database. Because of Windows UAC functions, see http://www.intersoft.co.nz/Support/TSB.aspx?id=TSB1027, it is not possible to copy the file making sure it is not currently open.

Therefore, by closing the currently open database first this potential issue is lessened.

Note, if another user or finPOWER Connect has the database open the new database can also become corrupt.
