Security Register, Insurance Brokers Terminology; now shows missing information for non-Insurance items

When using the Security Register "Insurance Brokers Terminology" it was expected only Insurance Security Types would be used.

Other Security Types did not show information in the Cover, Insurance Company and Insurance Notes columns.

This has been changed so that these columns display the Insurance related information, even for non-Insurance type security items.
