PPSR G2B changes

The verify button on Global and User Settings and the Secured Party Groups form now displays more information about the Secured Party Group and displays in HTML format for clarity.

Internally, the Default Secured Party Group settings have now moved from being part of the Web Services settings and will therefore need reconfiguring in Global Settings.

Many business layer and Global and User settings have been renamed.

Warnings displayed on the Security Statement Key Details page and Security Items pages are now structured for country and security register. New Zealand warnings for items included items that were Trade-Ins.

Under Global Settings, Securities, REVS, a new option has been added: "REVS is defunct". Checking this will remove REVS options from the menu and when creating new Security Statement Items but will retain and display any existing REVs information.

New fields have been added to Security Statement Items to handle Australian B2G registrations. These are separate from the existing REVS fields.

The Secured Party Groups form now varies captions for fields depending on the database country.

PPSR Pages on both the Security Statement and Security Statement Item (Australia only) now have a special icon to identify them.
