Account transaction view; where linked to many transactions performance impaired.

When drilling down to view account transaction from the account transactions tab, where linked to many transactions, performance may be sluggish if moving up/ down in transaction grid. This was caused by the way column totals were calculated, a new method for calculating totals has been implemented.

Note: this related to cases where a transaction is linked to 5,000 + other transactions.
