Loan Contract template; Incorrectly uses Account Type Interest Accrual Method

The Loan Contract template incorrectly uses the Interest Accrual Method from the Account Type, rather than the Account itself, when printing the "Daily interest rate" in the Interest Rate block.

To recreate:

1. Set an Account Type's "Interest accrual method" to "Actual/365".
2. Add a new Loan Account using this Account Type with an Interest Cycle of Monthly.
3. The Loan Contract prints a Daily interest rate.
4. Change the Account Type's "Interest accrual method" to "Annualised".
5. The Loan Contract now prints a Monthly interest rate.

The VBA document amended is "Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot".
