MDI tab strip does not show new form if too many tabs visible

If you open a new form and the MDI tab strip displaying a tab for each form is too wide, you did not see a tab for the new form.

Now, if the tab for the active form (in this case the new form) does not fit, that form is brought to the beginning of the tab strip.
