Reports; New action to 'Save as Defaults'

On the report parameter entry form, a new action has been added: 'Save as Defaults'.

The action will save the current report settings as the defaults and saves having to go through the Save Report Settings wizard which you have to do when using the 'Save' action.

If no default settings currently exist then they will created.

Upon saving the settings as defaults, the default settings will be loaded even if no settings or a different set of saved settings was previously loaded.
