Investment Security Type; now supports a separate Security Value

The "Investment" Security Type is designed to record investments in shares and other equities.

It has fields for Quantity, Unit Price and Market Value (Quantity x Unit Price).

It now supports a separate Security Value (and percentage) of the Market value.

This allows you to hold details of an investment, but only show a percentage of this as the amount that can be used as a security for a loan.
