Security Register Add-On; PPSR G2B Update wizard; Clear the amend status if there are no changes to the Financing Statement.

If the Financing Statement has an Action of 'Amend' but no changes are required to the Financing Statement, then the user is prompted to clear the Financing Statement action.

The prompt to clear the 'Amend' status has been included in the following two forms:
1. Security Statement form.
If there are no amendments required when trying to amend the Financing Statement from the Security Statement form, the user will be prompted to clear the 'Amend' action of the Financing Statement.

2. PPSR G2B Update wizard
If a Financing Statement Action is set to 'Amend' but no amendments are required, a message will be displayed in the grid. If the Financing Statement is flagged to be 'Included' in the update, then the 'Amend' action will be cleared from the Financing Statement.
