Bank Export/ Import; added "Flo2Cash" file formats
Added "Flo2Cash" Bank Export/ Import file formats. This allows Direct Debits to be exported to Flo2Cash and the corresponding "Bank Declines" to be imported.
It is essential the "Code" portion of the Reference (in the format "Particulars;Code;Reference") is the Flo2Cash PlanId. This is a numeric number assigned by Flo2Cash for the Customer.
