Security Items; Security Value and Residual Value are now not recalculated

The Security value and Residual value for Security Items are now not recalculated. Previously they were treated as "virtual" fields and recalculated on the fly using the saved percentages. This could lead to rounding issues, eg the value entered was rounded up or down when next shown.

Now the value are saved and used as entered.

Note, the business layer now validates the percent versus the value to make sure they match. This could occur when a third party application incorrectly sets these values using the business layer.
