Account Types; Fails to save duplicated or imported record with Promotions

Duplicating or importing an Account Type that had Promotions failed since Promotions cannot be added to Account Types until the Account Type had first been saved.

This behaviour has been changed. You can now duplicate or import an Account Type with Promotions. Within the user interface however you cannot add or update duplicated Promotions or add Promotions to new records until the Account Type has first been saved. This is by design.
