Collections Manager; changing Collectors using the dropdown may cause an error

In the Collections Manager, changing Collectors using the dropdown may cause an Run-time error 35605 "This item's control has been deleted".

This occurs if the mouse is moved as the dropdown is double-clicked.

To work around, "Lock" the explorer so the explorer tree cannot be changed.
