Scripts; Events scripts not always executed when related data edited.

In some cases when you edit related records, i.e. Other Party contact methods, the event script was not exectued.

This has been changed so that the event script will execute when related records are edited.

Areas this will effect are:
- Account Branches.
- Account Departments.
- Asset Departments.
- Other Party contact methods.
- Item Locations.
