Statements; Statement properties on the finAccount business layer object are now read-only and flagged as deprecated

Statement properties on the Business Layer finAccount object are now Readonly properties.

StatementCycle, StatementCycleDescription, StateDateLast and StatementDateNext are flagged as "Deprecated" and should no longer be used.

Instead use the corresponding properties on the "Account.Calculation" object.
