Reporting; External Party Details report; layout and formatting changes

The following changes have been made to the External Party Details report:
The "Files" section now displays a column heading "Date" rather than "Source Date" since the "S" was being truncated.
The "Account Types" section is now named correctly; previously it had a caption of "Accounts"
