Account Types, Branches and External Parties; global collections have been optimised

The Account Types, Branches and External Parties global collections have been optimised to not load or reload unless required.

Previously, updating a record, e.g., an External Party within a "For Each" loop would reload the global collection for each item if an update was made within the loop.

Also, upon starting finPOWER Connect, the above global collections were accessed when not required.
