Payment Terms, Prompt Payment Discount will only allow up to 99% discount.

When setting up payment terms the maximum prompt payment discount allowed is 99%. This has been changed to allow 100% discount.

Note that these settings are only used when entering a new Customer or Supplier. Once created the prompt payment discount rate is maintained at the other party level.
