Bill of Materials; new option to allow use of Item Adjustments accounts instead of Item COS account

There is now an option to use Item Adjustments account for Bill of Materials transactions.

Under Global Options Default tab there is an option 'Use Adjustment Account for Bill of Materials transactions'.
