Account form, Status page; Default Fees were not clearing when the 'Clear' hyperlink was clicked.

The Status page on the Account form displays any items that have been suspended.

If there are items suspended then the 'Clear' hyperlink is displayed. If the Default Fees were suspended, this item was not cleared from suspension when the hyperlink was clicked.
